Just a few gentle and kind thoughts to share . Most mornings I wake with a boom , endless energy all is possible, everywhere I look is beauty, I still feel these things this morning , but there is also a weight sitting on my shoulders !! If anyone wnats a hug come on down to OUTONALIMB, know it won’t be a quick one arm thing , I am more of a bear hug kinda guy and I have read to be more therapeutic for all involved it needs to be a longer period of time .
